David received his BBA from Southern Arkansas University (SAU), his MBA from the University of Mississippi, and his DBA from Louisiana Tech University.
David obtained his CPA certificate in 1978 and his CFP® designation in 1997. He has been a Finance professor at SAU since 1992, where he pioneered the state’s first financial planning program.
David has served on numerous committees of the CFP® Board of Standards in Denver. He is also a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the Arkansas State Board of Pubic Accountancy.
