Darla earned her BBA with an emphasis in Finance from Southern Arkansas University (SAU) in 1999. Before returning to school, she worked more than ten years in the banking industry where she specialized in loan administration and customer service.
Before joining Mustard Seed Financial, LLC, Darla served as the director of the SAU branch of the UALR Small Business Development Center and taught part-time at the SAU College of Business. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and has been with Mustard Seed Financial, LLC since it’s inception.
Darla is active in her church, where she teaches Sunday school and participates in the music ministry. She is also an active member of Magnolia Lions Club, where she has been an officer since 2002, and services on the board of United Way.
